why does it ask me to sign in again when i click a forum link in a post, drives me potty as if i sign in then out again logs me out of both pages then wont let me sign in again for ages, or comes up with the box that says im signed in but then if i go to pst says im not, does this just happen to me? new link opens a new window..:(

it does that to me now and again....i know certain areas or links people have posted are restricted so that could be why on some things but not sure otherwise.

Yes that is usually the reason, it is to double check that you are not accessing somewhere that you shouldn't be/need to be logged into.
