Got given notice today by my only contracted child (others are ad-hoc):( . Knew it was coming cos mum finishing course Hey-ho. She said she wants me back in Sept cos she will then get job or do another course and may want some ad-hoc over summer if she can afford it. Asked to be told if I started to fill up on contracted spaces cos she would have to try to pay a retainer to hold a space, She knows she runs a risk though . Nice to know she wants me back though:thumbsup: .


3 hours later I get a phone call from an ad-hoc mum asking for a proper contract which makes up for the other:clapping: :clapping: . Great Mum & LO thinks I undercharge & wants to pay more:jump for joy: :jump for joy:
