Does anyone have memberships to both MM and NCMA? How do you find it, I've been looking at both and both seem good so I dunno who to go with! x

You don't become a 'member' of MM. They are a profit making insurance company who can supply your PLI.

NCMA have members to raise money as they are a charity working on behalf of CM's and you can also have your PLI with them. With NCMA you need to have the membership to get your PLI with them.

You can just be a member of NCMA but get your PLI from MM if you like.
