Well i've gone and done it now!!! after much deliberation i have finally sent my complaint to OFSTED about my inspection. So its just a wating game now! Really hope i have done the right thing but already feel like a big weights been lifted off my shoulders.

well ive already had an e-mail back saying its now been passed onto and investigator and i'll hear something back in the next 20 days
