I've had my certificate a few weeks now but started officially working Yesterday.I've informed benefits agency, tax credits, inland revenue and my home insurance.
do I have to ring Ofsted to tell them I'm now working? and give them my start date or will they presume i'm working now i have my certificate?

I didn't ring Ofsted and tell them. They'll contact you just before you're due to have your first inspection and ask if you're working and which days you have Early Years children which will update their information and the inspector will know which days they can come out to you.

One other thing - if you use your car have you informed your insurance company and got business use?

Good luck with your business - I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. I started in November and am loving it! :clapping:
