I have first ofsted inspection looming and was going to do a questionnaire for my parents to complete.

What kind of questions do you ask if you do them?

Was going to ask their first impressions (longest mindees only been with me 3 weeks)of my setting

Things they like about my setting,
Anything they would like me to change
How they feel about leaving their child with me.
Any further comments.

Are they the right sort of things???

Whether they think I give enough feedback...

Those sorts of things as well :D

If they are happy with a comunication, menu, activities you provide....
If are any changes in them details(so you are up to date)
