I currently receive accor vouchers from one of my parents, but yesterday received a registration pack from care-4 for the same parent, has anyone else had this? I've looked at both websites but doesn't say anything. I'm on holiday so can't check with parent (well I could, but I don't want to:blush: )

I use Accor vouchers as well and now my parent says they are changing to Kiddi vouchers. I'm getting very confused :(

If you've had a pack from care-4 for this parent it could be that her employer has changed voucher companies.

i have 2 parents who pay by accor - i haven't heard a thing from them.
