I am just wondering if anyone out there has had their overnight care removed from their replacement certificate or if they have kept the same conditions of registration but with the following words added at the end of each sentence - "(Early Years register, compulsory part of the Childcare Register, voluntary part of the Childcare Register)"

I have telephoned them about it but couldn't get to speak to the relevant person and all they did was send me out first a replacement cettificate with the correct conditions of registration - but the accompanying letter was incorrect then within days I received another one just like the first replacement then within a week I received another incorrect one- then I wrote to the person who sent them out with copies of everything I received but not heard a dickie bird.

So again today I have re copied everything and am going to send it to both the person whose name appears on the cert and the person whose name appeas on the letter the the person whose name appears on the certificate to ask why this has happened but before I do I need ot know if this or something similar has happened to anyone else and why it would be happening

Just bumping this up before sending off my 2 new letters - just want to know if anyone has had any changes on their replacement certificates other than the standard wording being inserted at the end of each condition???

certificate recieved last week as i had to change a variation request
