the icons on the right hand side (all the faces) are not working. Does anyone know why and what i need to do please? I have tried logging in logging out number of times

Sometimes your cookies get a bit mangled :eek:

You can clear them through tools menu, options and then try the site again :D

Yes it is either cookies or cache.

There is a thread in this section somewhere that give details of how to clear both. :)

No you aren't, you can't know everything!

It depends what browser you are using, e.g. Firefox, internet explorer.

In Firefox it is at the top in the row of options.

Right click in the top of your browser, near the childmindinghelp address, somewhere in clear space.

You will see some menu options come up.

Choose the one that says 'menu bar' and then you should be able to see the tools drop down menu.

Options is towards the bottom.

Oooh I always have mine on show :D

Mine get on my nerves sometimes so I take them away! :laughing:

I was helping a friend's son with his computer the other day... internet slow etc... and he had every toolbar known to toolbars across the top!!

He only had about 5 inches of screen left :rolleyes: :laughing:

I like to see all of my screen :D

oooooo they are working but i now have to use the icon with the smiley face above this message on not use the icons to the right..... sad i am arn't i!!??:blush:
