I am having trouble changing my status from pre-reg. Please help.

go in to User CP (top left) and select edit profile..... you will have done it once to put in pre-reg, now you just need to delete it and put your reg date in.

You just need to do a few more posts Heather so that you are a full member (instead of a newbie).

Then you can access more of the buttons :D
