Sorry for the vague title, writing quickly before mindee wakes up.

Up until now I've had really easy hours to work out so never had a problem working out my numbers.

I only look after 1 baby under 1 at the moment 9.30 -2 (I have my own 2 children to add in aswell) but I may be getting more enquiries for the holidays & getting myself in a tiz with working out what numbers & ages I'll be allowed.

Does anyone have a form they use that I could look at that makes it easier?

What does your certificate say??

My certificate says I'm allowed 4 under 8's of these 1 can be under 5 (I've got the rising 5 bit in so I can have 2 really) with 1 under 1.

It's just cos the baby I have now comes odd hours it's just going to be hard working out how to fit any older children around those hours but the table has helped.
