hi,

i've got my 1st inspection in a couple of weeks and was just wondering if my policies all have to be individually split (i currently have them in a booklet format one following the other) and do i have to put my attendance record on one sheet per child or can they all go onto one sheet?

thanks
caz

As long as it is clear who was in attendance and when and you log the times the child was actually with you and not just writing the contract hours it doesn't matter how you do it.

Same with your policies, as long as they are clear and understandable it doesn't really matter.

I have been told that for confidentiality you should have one sheet per child for attendance records.

It does not matter how you set out your p&ps :D

i use one sheet per child - for confidentiality , and also so that all their own sheets can go into their individual files for storage for the next 20 - some years!!
