good luck , i was going to post what beckie did , its not so bad...doesnt help you when youre stomach is tied up in knots though! Make a good first impression with a welcoming house , maybe something that makes her think 'wow' , i dont know , a display or something - then she will be more positive when she starts looking at the paperwork. then just try to be yourself , focus on the children like you always would. Oh and try not to smash a lightbulb all over the floor just as she rings the door -bell like i did! not the best start but it broke the ice!! This time next week you can relax and celebrate!!!
