Mrs 'O' was impressed with my SEF and that is all down to Sarah and her SEF guide and she was also very impressed with the rest of my paperwork, which is thanks to you guys and all your help and advice.

Hi, welcome to the forum! :D

If you can put some bits into your SEF it will help you when it comes to the inspection.

The inspector will want to see that you are reflective and thinking about how to improve.

well done. What sort of things did they ask?? and what did they spend the most time looking at??

She just asked the same questions that were in the SEF.
She looked alot at my paperwork especially my Obs & Planning.
She also got down on the floor and played with mindees and she said she could tell alot from the way the children interacted with her.
