have started doing my newsletter and have wrote Mondays toddler group, tuesdays soft play wednesday park ect! how would you word that although this will happen most weeks it doesnt/wont happen every week

By my weekly routine I put "We may not visit every group every week. Attendance is subject to variation depending on the needs and requirements of the children attending and the times of their arrivals/departures"
