Hey guys i got my very first NVQ level 3 assignment back last night, it was part of the technical certificate, 005 i think, principle and values underpinning work with children and the protection and promotion of childrens rights.

well i was petrified when i went in to see the tutor, its my first NVQ and first assignment, i was so worried i had done it all wrong but when she said i got 97 i thought she was joking, i cud have cried lol

97 out of 100 marks, which is an A, second top mark in the class :-D

Hope you don't mind me asking but is your course the type where you attend sessions or is it a home learning one?
I am doing level3 aswell ( really behind, should have finished in July and only done 3 units- oops!) and my tutor doesn't give marks, just a pass or comments about what to revisit

I'm studying the NVQ 3 at college one night a week for 3 hours, all our questions are graded in numbers (points) and those numbers correspond to a letter which then relates to a pass or a referal. (as in 80-100 points is an A). The tutor always gives us feedback on what she likes best and what we can improve on. As it was my first assignment I can only hope all the rest follow with top marks :-D
