I've got mine due anytime and I am having sleepless nights and worrying myself silly. I think that I'm going to get caught out on EYFS questions.

Out of interest, had you done your SEF? I've only just started mine and don't know if I'm going to be able to get if finished before she comes :panic:

I also realized it wasn't as bad as I was imagining, I wasn't stressed and didnt feel as though I was being assessed . . . I was lucky enough to get a lovely inspector!!!

Well done on your inspection :thumbsup: I'm doing my SEF, been on it for 6hrs today already :( , but the good thing is that it's making me think about what I do and how to make improvements.
It has also hightlighted to me that I need to improve my planning and also get some more diversity resourses in.
Some of it seems to be for bigger settings than mine as I only have one mindee at a time anyway, so I can't do 'group' planning.
I think as long as we can show that we have started the SEF, then it's better than nothing at all.

Well done. I've got mine next week. Can't wait to get it over with . . .

I think you're getting confused between the pre-registration inspection visit and the first grading inspection.

You can't have mindees until you've had your pre-reg visit and all necessary checks have been done

Your fist graded inspection is within 6 months of you being registered.

You will be fine on Friday - the inspector is there to help and advise you
