Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, Ofsted are due to come this week and my morning girl is off sick! Typical she's never been sick before. She is my only mindee on Mondays - spent all last night praying Ofsted come today so I can get it over and done with and now praying they don't come till later in the week. Can they mark you down because of it?

No if she does turn up explain to her, she may look at your paperwork then come back to do observation, but may just say she will do it all on different day. If she does she may tell you the day. This happened to my daughter for her inspection in dec. Good luck.x

I knew someone who had no children due to children being ill on that day and the Ofsted inspector told her that the highest grade she could give would be a satisfactory. This was her first full inspection and so she had not been assessed before. Im sure that had a lot to do with it.
