she got a satisfactory and is gutted


thought she had weekend to do her risk assesment

she got the phone call tuesday afternoon, and said she had everything very much sorted, we went on a risk assesment training in january of last year, but she hadnt got round to doing them for her setting and outings


what can you say to some one , we know we have to do them, so why stall

i congratulated her an said well done and meant it,

o dear yes it is part of a legal requirement and she knew she had to do it but still bet she is upset. maybe everyone reading this now who needs to will get risk assesments upto date quick.tell her well done.

well done to your friend but a lesson learned i think,

still i dont like the ofsted "grades" doesnt tell parents a lot i think,,, my DS school got the same and i thought your joking,,,, it dont sound good to a parent sorry but parents expect at least a good although we know how difficult that is to get xxx
