my friends thinking of going into childminding but she was wondering how we would go about her regestered to my property does anyone know anything about this

Not really sure but wouldn't you have to register her as your childminding assistant? ;)

I would give Ofsted a ring 08456 404040... there are different rules and regulations about registering as either an assistant or 2 minders working together and they could take you through them :D

I agree with Sarah Ofsted would be the best place to start.
