hi has anyone got or heard of a medical emergency form that parents have to sign - thought I was ready and now im panicking:panic: :panic:

Is this not the one in the nmca accident, incident and medication folder, I was inspected today and was not asked about any other medical form

its part of permission form that you ask them to sign i think that they give you permission to asdminster emergency first aid and also to give permision to authorise emergencyu first aid.
