I started typing one up but have never used it, so not sure how good it is. You're more than welcome to have a copy if you want a quick look.

I use the Bromley one when I have applied for variations to show OFSTED how the numbers of children fit across the day. It is editable so ifyou dont like the current labelling you can change it to something you prefer.

I don't have that many children to worry about :) I just keep it in my diary and know exactly who I have and when. Maybe Mike could make something more suitable for you on the computer?

I've got one I adapted from Bromley - I use one for under eights and one for over eights and split the days into sessions (before school, am, lunch, pm etc) then just tick the boxes the child attends.

It's easy to keep a track of what places you've got available so if you get an enquiry you can see if you can fit them in easily. Works for me as all mine are part-timers.

Miffy xx

I use a grid with all my children on there - under 5's in pink, under 8's in blue, over 8's in yellow and then across the page the times I work from 7am to 6pm in 1 hour boxes. I just fill in who I have and sent it off.

I've just seen another one on here, I think it was a spreadsheet. I will try and find it again for you.
