Can anyone tell me the latest complaints leaflet supplied by Ofsted - I want to keep it in my files. The latest one i can find iss May 2009, but that hasn't got the update of back to '28 days to reply' on both registers. Thank you!

Ofsted have not updated their information leaflet.

The only places you can find up-to-date info are -

- The Eyfs (May 2008 version)

- The Childcare Register (latest Sept? 2009 version)

- The sample complaints form uploaded into the free downloads section of the forum.
