Do you think it would be possible for my daughter to do her NVQ 3 childcare while working for me?

She is in college at the moment doing level 2 but is hating it - it is a really rough college and she is quite a sensitive girl. She loves the placements but is not sure whether they would offer her a full time place to do her level 3.

What do you think?

my daughter did her Health and Social care Young Apprenticeship with me so it may be worth contacting the college and see what they say
