prob been asked a trillion times before but what holiday rates do you charge?

childminder full pay no pay or half and half?

I charge full pay if parents are on holiday and no pay if i go on holiday. I will always try and find them cover with another minder if they require it:)

My hols - No Pay
Parents Hols - If they give me 4 wks notice then only half fee but otherwise Full Fees

1/2 fee for 4 weeks for parents and me

4 weeks taken at half pay. Holidays are set at the begining of the year so parents have the chance to book hloidays at same time. If parents parents take holiday outside of this time they are caharged full rate as normal. Hth :D
