I sent an email to ofsted for a variation request in October and again November and again December and again in January.
I phoned them on Monday and they said they only had email from January........ funny as I have replies from all 4 saying someone would contact me very soon, which didnt happen.
Well on Monday they said they would look into my request which was only for a variation for one morning a week....... and would phone me in the next day or too.
No phone call but today I had my certificate with the variation number increased.. why couldnt they phone me on Tuesday to say yes so I could inform mom child could start in 2 weeks time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My grade to Ofsted is Unsatisfactory............................:panic:

Their responses to you are really bad. Do they not know we are trying to run a business i thought the Government were supposed to be promoting small businesses.

At least you got your variation.
