Just before going out this morning I had knock on door - it was my friendly postman - had to sign for something - at last new cert. 3 items on in a different order to 3 on original and one contradicting the original - it says I am not registered to offer overnight care whereas first says I am registered to offer overnight care to no more than 3 children under the age of 8 - what boomin' dip sticks - surely all they had to do was cut and paste - Also since my registration I have registered an assistant - both she and I have a letter to prove it and guess what thats not been added - WHY??? - can you imagine if we had errors like this on our paperwork at our inspection what would happen to us - it just makes me so :angry: :angry: :angry:

I'm sick to death of them pulling up brilliant minders who have done this job for years and year and know nothing else for paperwork that they are just not used to doing then the very people who they employ specifically to do just paperwork from 9-5 cant get it right - the number of errors I've heard of with these new certs is ridiculous and the amount of stress it has caused is untold - we don't have time to deal with all this during our minding hours which is only when the offices are open :angry: One minder told me this morning it took 6 weeks to get hers sorted - Why its just a bit of typing a few words to put things straight :angry: :angry:

I hope a spy comes on here and sees this today :angry:

And NO I am not going to kick my soap box back into the corner until I'm good and ready this time:p so there!!!!
