How often should I review my risk assessments?

i renew mine every year unless something changes in regards to a particular risk ass, for example child ratio, cannot attend that park, government guidelines.

I have a review date in my childminding diary so I don't forget - every year.

I add to my RAs fairly regularly though, especially my outings ones.

Like the other day there was a problem on the path on the way to school so I made a note on my RA.
