I had a Mr O many years ago.
I was his first inspection and he was being inspected at the same time.
The house was a little crowded
I don't know if he still works for them or not though! :D

Hi good question. I have never heard of mr O since i have been childminding, a few years ago i was a student in a special needs nursery, they had a few mrs os there and a mr o for their inspection but think it is unusual.
