I was out in Costco today and saw this displayed on the outside of the cafe bit and thought that even without having any chilren with allergies this would be a useful doc to keep amongst my paperwork/policies for Mrs ofsted and for quick reference if needed. So came home found it and thought I'd share it with my friends on here!!:)

The follwing also has a good poster re allergies/epipens - it's Australian but the main points are the same - obv not the number to ring!

i have one child who is lactose intollerant and her brother is allergic to tomatoes so it's good to remind me to check food before feeding them
