I've just got an invite through the post for a 'Raising Quality Conference' and I can't decide which workshop I want to do! I want to do them all (stamps feet)
The choices are:
Music for Starters (the one I least would like as we do loads of music every day)
Discovering Schemas
Heuristic play time
Storytelling for Adults
What would you chose and why?
Personally i'd choose Discovering Schemas.
I think its so interesting and I know about all the others. So i'd pick this one:D

I'm torn between schemas and storytelling. The schema one because I don't know enough about them but I'm always looking at my mindees and thinking 'they have an X schema or a y schema' going on at the moment..... I don't kow how to support them. The storytelling because I love reading and my mindees always love having stories read to them and I've beenpestering my NMA lady for ages about a storytelling workshop...... This one is run by Jacquerline Summer, a children's author - has anyone heard of her?
And yes, I am lucky - we even get a free lunch
