don't know if you would remember one of my mums were trying to get out of paying the late payment fee as I was closed the week prior, all be it i didn't charge her for that week anyway.

anyway shes asked me to collect her son from pre school at 11.20 instead of 1 pm and she will collect at 4 instead of 6pm. do you think i should charge her for the extra time of should i just let it go???

what do you think?

If it is a just a one off I would be flexible but if it is all the time I would change the contract and charge her more for the afternoon session as you cannot take on an after school.

I agree with Debbie, Ifs its a one off and doesn't have a knock on effect, it shows willing on your part too :)

I'd make it clear to parent that you require notice by 9am or something!!
