Can any one help, i've had my pre registration visit and now have had a few of my part 2 applications sent back to me from the CSSIW. On the bottom the inspector has written new regs and annual report on quality assurance policystandard 16.
And review new regs on complaints form
Does anyone know what she means.
I have to send them back in with this additional information and am worried it will slow things down as i've waited six months already

This amendment came into force in Jan last year. If you open the link and scroll down to the Amendment of childminging regs. I was given a copy at my ICP. It is all about how you review your quality of care in your setting and new regs for handling complaints.
