hi just wondering what foods you can freeze and how long can you freeze them for as anyone got any snack ideas.

Take a look in the freezers at your local supermarket, pretty much if they can freeze it so can you. :)

Shepherds pie, casserole, pizza, all sorts really, just ensure you follow health and safety guidelines with regard to cooking and freezing (eg cool quickly).
