Do you evaluate your planning and if so what sheet do you use?

no i dont but I am interested to see who does, and how

I have a sheet that I use alongside my planning showing resouces and the activities for the week and then underneath I have six boxes covering the 6 areas of learning and I write in all that has been done in the week and make sure that they are covered. Underneath that is an evaluation of the week where I write about the activites and what needs changing/stays the same/enjoyed/not enjoyed. Just a few notes for myself really to reflect on for next time.

Just made it up myself and nothing special. Attached if it is any good

I try to scribble a few notes at the end of each week mostly saying when things were a disaster or didn't go right so I can tweak next time :D
