how do i word my risk assessment policy? really stuck

do i say what i do and when?
do i say how i do it?
what do i do?

is this a requirement for passing you ofsted visit?

My development worker said it was needed to pass the inspection, i think its daft if you need one, cause you do the assessments anyway but i am stuck to what she wants it to be like.....

next we will need a ra for me to go to the loo....:mad: :mad: lol lol xx

When you do RAs

How often you do RAs

When you update RAs

How you check they are still valid

What you do if things change

Where you store RAs

How you make them available for parents to view

How you involve parents / children in your RAs
