Sorry I know I am being a pain. Im trying to do my first months accounts etc and trying to work out what I can claim for. Now i had a young lad deliver all my leaflets while he was doing his paper round. How do i claim that back?....

Howmuch did you pay him? I don't use NCMA accounts book as my husband does my bookkeeping but we itemize expenditures like that, would say soemthing like "leaflet drop, courier £10" or something like that (a good description to jog memory if you don't have a receipt).

I had an advert in the newsagents so I just put advertising - £4
If it is under £10 you wont need a receipt.

I agree
I would put this as an advertising expense
