I've done my monthly planning set out into the weeks. My Mindee's are only 2 years old but enjoy doing different activities, should I do an activity plan or weekly plan for the planned activities or would a Topic web be enough?

As you have already set it into weeks I would have thought anything else would just be repeating yourself. I would just make sure you evaluate and next step when you do the activities. You could do an activity plan if you end up doing something thats not on your planning.
