yes a person from early years dept in your locacl council who should be avaliable to you if you need them for support .......... we call ours the chocolate fireguard by the tittle im sure you can guess our opinions of this person.

I've had a phonecall today (while i was out) from our local early years extended services asking for me by name asking me to ring her back :panic:

i have no idea what it can be for though???

prob to introduce herself they have to visit all childminders in their area at least 1 a year and to support you in everything you need....
