I've read on here before that you can read reports of inspections done recently by searching the name of the inspector.

Does anyone know how to do this? I've had a look on the site but cant seem to find the search by inspector function.

I googled my inspectors name and a few came up

I believe if you look up reports using your post code, you should come across some done by the same inspector, as they should cover the same area.

However, if your inspector is far further afield, this probably wont do you any good.

I went into inspection reports, then by area, then by town and then went in and out of reports until I found a couple

Tedious but produces results

Yeag thats exactly how i've been doing it- on about the 4th page and still yet to find a single one!

When I did mine it was a new lady so I searched from where she lived in Somerset. Took a while but got there in the end

Cant say I asked her where she was from so i guess i'll give up before i drive myslef mad!

Do you know any other childminders in your area who've had this inspector? Might be worth checking to see if they could give you some feedback

I've had no luck whatsoever- i'm beginning to think she is either brand new/ from another area previosly/ OR she's really high up and doesn't usually do them! :eek:

Ah well, just read up on a few reports that have been done locally and make sure you are up to scratch on those.

I am sure that the advice and suggestions that are given on this forum are worth more than all the reports you could read on line.
