My accent is really mixed.
When I lived and worked in London and Surrey they knew I was northern because I flatten my vowels... grass not graaaas.
Now I live in Cheshire where there's both posh and common and I still flatten my vowels ...
And when I'm on the wine I'm very Yorkshire :D

I have so I am told - a slight tinge of a north eastern accent but my southern (sussex) twang is still present.
Once I get back down sowf or talking to another southerner my accent is heightened:D
