I have just answered the phone and it was them!!! I thought they were phoning to arrange an inspection (even though not due for 18 months) as I have just put in a variation to do overnight care yesterday. Turns out the wanted to process variation over phone with no visit as I had included risk assessments with application. My heart stopped racing at this point and I calmed down!
Any way, once I recieve certificate I am allowed to offer overnight care. To say I only emailed them yesterday with variation request I am completely amazed they have contacted me so quick. Especially as so many have said variations are taking around 12 weeks. Maybe things are speeding up:jump for joy: .
