Well playroom/dining room so yes the family Me, DH, DS (11) and DD (4) eat with THAT looming over us:laughing:
Just as well I don't DO dinner parties :D

Sounds like my dining room, ive got 2 huge pinboards on the wall and a large handprint rainbow :eek:

Can I ask a maybe silly question....What do you use to put the display paper and border up? I was thinking a staple gun but doubt that goes straight in to plaster?! So maybe blue-tak??

Yes it was blue-tack for the 'cloud' background paper and the verse, the 'grass' I stuck on with double sided sticky tape.

that's really nice!! what will you put on it?
i'm just thinking that that would be lovely for my 'all about me' topic in September. maybe i could get the children to paint a self-portrait. could be tricky though as i've got children aged 9mths and 2yrs.
was thinking about maybe making their own photo frames and putting photos of themselves or their families inside. again tricky though for babies aged 9mths. maybe i could just let them 'paint' on a large sheet of paper and then cut it into strips to make the frame.
