Never made fish pie, is it easy? :blush:

I make a fish pie with a recipe that started off as a Jamie Oliver one. I can never leave these things alone though so I do a few things differently.
I always have compliments and clean plates with this one.
I use frozen fish as it's cheaper.

White fish ( cheap one such as coley )

Smoked cod

Salmon steaks

Sweet potato

Sorry don't do quantities , depends how many you are feeding.

Cook fish - steam sweet potato ( you only need one )
Make a cheese sauce
Mix sauce with fish and sweet potato.
Put mashed ( normal ) potato on top

Put in oven till golden brown on top.
