My DD was about 4 i think and i was tucking her in one night and i was stroking her hair and i said oh you have beautiful hair hunny, and she said " yes its blonde like yours mummy....."

I said yes thats right.......she said "except mine doesnt have the black stripe at the top does it!!!"

Hmmmm since then i have had my roots done on a regular basis!!!!

i was tucking my son into bed one night when he was about 4, i sat on the edge of his bed talking to him and he was rubbing my hair between his fingers (it had quite a bit of hair spray in it at the time), he looked at me so innocently and said,

"mummy your skin is so smooth" (bless him):blush:

"and you hair feels like its full of nits"
