I email a sheet showing the times I have the children and the times I need an overlap. Explain why and for this reason I cannot see any reason why not.
Once emailed, send it recorded post as that has your signature on.
2 examples attached - colourful and confusing for Ofsted but it works. Call out if you need any help.

I believe at the moment it is taking up to 12 weeks for a decision to come through...
It might be quicker, but this was the latest information a member was given.
Hth :D

I have just had a variation granted 3 weeks after I applied via e-mail, I rang them to see if my application was progressing and it had been agreed.

If it is urgent make sure you put urgent in your subject box or it will get caught up in the proccesses.
