ok so i had my inspection and didn't do sef
Should i start it like right now? and then change it as I change? or should I wait ? Now that there's no dire urgency to get it done, i think i'll be ok with it

Why not try and complete a section a week or something - otherwise before you know it 3 yrs will have passed your next inspection will be due!

I know if I don't do mine for my inspection, then I will never do it.
I take my hat off to you if you are able to do yours following your inspection.

I'd do a bit at a time and then when you've got through it once you can start at the beginning and update it again!

Yes, I would also make a start now and do it a bit at a time, otherwise you will forget and find that come your next inspection you will be stressing to get it done.

I would do your sef when you can, small steps and then it is done and never to be repeated. Each year you just go in and review the previous one and set new targets without all the blurb
