Just as title says really or am i being really thick.
Currently registered for 3 children 0-8yrs plus my own child age 2yrs. Of which 2 can be under EY but no more than 1 under age of 1yr.
Will they reduce this to 2 children 0-8yrs plus my own 2 childrend age 0 + 2.5yrs.

If you have a 2 year old you should only be able to have 2 extra under 5's at the mo and only 1 extra when you have the baby as both children are counted in your numbers.
So when you have your baby you will only be able to take on 1 child in the EYFS age range who will have to be over 1 as you can only have 1 under 1.

U will be allowed 1 in ur EY (under 5's) and i think 1 over 5. Plus your 2 lo's
so at any one time u can have 4 children in your care
i think this is right hopefully someone else will come along to clarify

They may or may not. You are currently only allowed a total of 4 under 8 including your own. Why didn't you get the 6 under 8?
They will certainly change your numbers so that you can only have 1 under 5 but over 5 they may allow you to increase it.
i.e. 4 under 8 of which only 1 under 5, possibly leaving you 3 over 5
Confusing but it depends on Ofsted and their decision in the first place.

I decided not to have the full allocation when registering and im not usin 1 of my downstairs rooms so she said she wud only register me for 4 under 8's.

If your registration stays the same your certificate numbers will be reduced by one and it will be from your under 8's section.
