Did full days training today in Tamworth, I know there is a member on here who is in Tamworth - sorry can't remember who, and just wondered if she was on same course.

Found it quite informative and do feel slightly better about implementing it all.

Having said that, I am not going to start it until my health is sorted out - too much to worry about at the moment!!

Yes I do think it would be a good idea to wait until you are better.....you have got enough on your plate as it is!

I did mine too today but in Leek.

To be honest I didn't find it that bad infact we had quite a laugh

She did say however there will be more training on it and that this was just the start.
