On your fridge temperature check list do you just tick that it is between the required temperatures or do you put down exact the temperature each day.
Thanks!

I put the exact temperature - I'm looking anyway so I think I might as well! :D

I put down the exact temperature and if it was too low or too high I show that it was adjusted. Our fridge adjuster is on the outside just in the place where you open the door, so my daughters are forever knocking it into freezing

For the fridge I have a digital thermometer inside so write the exact - as Sarah says, I am looking at it anyway so just write what I see :)
The freezer has a cheap dial one inside, as long as it is in the 'ok' part of temp dial I just tick it on my list.

It is required for environmental health which we have to be registered for with the council. Ofsted I believe don't check this. If an environmental health officer dropped by they would want to see this information. Hope this helps!
